Sunshine National Employment Cluster Study

A study mapping and analysing the scale and potential for growth in the Brimbank National Employment Cluster, in western metropolitan Melbourne. Here we mapped out the location of businesses and services across the region, then population forecasts. From this we measured the expected demand gap for goods and services and, therefore, the potential business opportunity. Three growth scenarios were modelled for the Cluster, quantifying service and facility demand and job growth.
