EXPERIENCE

A long time member of the Geografia team, Shashi has continued to develop his econometric and analytical skills in demand modelling, cost benefit analysis and economic impact studies. He has a strong interest in positive social policy outcomes and is particularly interested in projects that help rural and remote communities to find sustainable economic pathways and in helping government make more efficient and equitable policy, infrastructure and service provision decisions.

In 2017 Shashi took time out to complete a PhD in economics. He rejoined the Geografia team full-time in December 2022, just in time for the Christmas party.
