Flexible Learning Options Demand Model

We built a predictive model to estimate demand for flexible learning options (FLO) amongst Victorian school students. This model estimates current enrolments, unmet and future demand by geographical location (aggregated to LGA). The model will be used by the Department to allocate budget resources to this program, as well as spatially distribute the service provision locations in order to maximise coverage.
