Kevin is an economic geographer with a background in demographics, economics and planning. Before establishing Geografia, he was part of an urban policy consultancy group specialising in land-use analysis. He has also worked for state government in senior policy and research positions where he developed legislation and designed and implemented policies and programs in regional development; creative industries; capital works; employment and skills development.

Kevin's expertise is focused on delivering superior outcomes for governments and the private sector, through the sophisticated and rigorous analysis of real data. Recent projects include:

• Devising demographic and economic growth models for coastal settlements;
• Preparing population forecasts for greenfield developments; and
• Applying demand theories to community and arts facilities investment.
